I’m deep in the trenches: running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. And now, I need a back-end WARRIOR.

Think you can handle it? This is a remote position.

• When that app hits, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting loan files.
• Support and coach the team, especially the 6 new LOs from the last 30 days – they need a guru like YOU.
• Run pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and contribute to team success.

• Experienced Loan Officer with mastery of Conventional, Government, and Non-QM products.
• DU/LP fluency; knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac processes.
• Ability to lead and teach file structuring; strong work ethic; ability to build and lead a team.
