QT Business Solutions is hiring a high-output Business Consultant to deliver business plans and grant proposals for small business clients nationwide. This is a remote-only, highly flexible role requiring 20–40 hours per week.

QT equips consultants with a proprietary Human-First AI writing tool and world-class industry research reports that dramatically accelerate delivery while preserving customization, accuracy, and lender/grant readiness.

With these tools, consultants are expected to produce fully customized business plans in less than 2 hours of production time, following structured client discovery. Success is defined by speed, accuracy, accountability, and client satisfaction, with clients completed within a 6–8 week service cycle.

This role is ideal for disciplined professionals who work well with systems, leverage AI responsibly, and deliver clean, compliant work fast. Slow writers or those requiring extended drafting time will not be successful in this role.

• Conduct structured client discovery sessions (Zoom/Ring Central)
• Produce custom business plans, financial projections, and grant proposals
• Deliver lender- and grant-ready documents on tight timelines
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Track work and client interactions accurately in QT systems
• Collaborate with Client Success and Leadership teams
• Protect client data and represent QT professionally

Remote-only

20–40 hours per week (you set your schedule)

Evenings/weekends as needed for clients

No micromanagement—results matter

QT uses fixed production standards, not open-ended hourly drafting.

QT provides a proprietary Human-First AI writing system and access to best-in-class industry databases so consultants can efficiently customize business plans at scale.

Business Plan: 2 credited hours per completed plan

Grant Proposal: 2 credited hours per completed proposal

Client meetings are tracked separately via verified Zoom/Ring Central time

Additional compensated time includes required team meetings and capped admin time

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in business consulting, grant writing, or funding-related work
• Strong writing, editing, and financial literacy skills
• Excellent time management and self-direction

• You write efficiently and decisively
• You leverage AI and research tools to enhance quality—not slow it down
• You deliver customized work in under 2 hours of production time per business plan
• You manage your own time without reminders
• You value systems, standards, and accountability
