Account Installation Specialist II; Remote

PURPOSE: The Specialist, Account Installation II is responsible for the installation of more complex assigned accounts into core platforms and complimentary systems, including, but not limited to: development of the account structure and billing set up to align with documented account requirements, coordination of structure revisions, researching and resolving setup and structure issues, database management, and management of related administrative documents.

Provide new hire support through training and pre-auditing as well as cross‑training existing associates.

• Perform installation of more complex assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: development of the account structure and billing set up to align with documented account requirements, coordination of structure revisions, researching and resolving setup and structure issues, database management, and management of related administrative documents. Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.
• Researching errors by comparing Account Management documentation against multiple internal systems. Reconciling reports and group set up discrepancies, as well as analyzing transactional data and retroactive eligibility changes.
• Update internal databases to maintain tracking information. Monitor daily report for inventory control.
• Responsible for new hire support through training and pre‑auditing as well as cross‑training existing associates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Level: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: 3 years insurance industry experience.

• Interpersonal skills to interact with departments.
• Analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent oral/written communications skills.
• Can handle multiple and shifting priorities.

Salary Range: $36,792 - $67,452

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances, including but not limited to experience, internal equity, and location.
