What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop, implement, and deliver training to internal sales teams and external partners on the employer's new reward offering
  • Collaborate with market and product experts to create supporting materials based on market trends and customer needs
  • Manage a calendar of market and product education activities for the new product launch
  • Track the impact of training and identify future training needs in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Oversee the management of the Highspot instance to enhance engagement with sales enablement content
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience in the US reward market and familiarity with data-as-a-service product offerings
  • Strong enthusiasm and a proactive attitude towards adopting new technologies and training methods
  • Understanding of sales enablement technologies, ideally Highspot
  • Excellent public speaking skills for conducting training sessions for diverse audiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in market education or sales enablement roles
  • Familiarity with the employer's product offerings and market strategies
  • Proven track record of developing training programs that drive sales performance
  • Ability to adapt training materials to suit different learning styles and audiences
  • Experience in project management to coordinate multiple training initiatives
