Location: Town of Belgium

In this role, you’ll drive sales of our artwork management solutions to brand owners across key verticals, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. You’ll ensure our platform supports their creative, design, and prepress operations throughout the DACH region. This position requires regular travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

We provide innovative artwork management and 3D solutions that help brand owners create, manage, and distribute packaging designs more efficiently, while streamlining workflows across design, prepress, and packaging teams.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target brand owners and packaging teams across various industries.
  • Engage with key decision-makers in branding, marketing, and packaging departments to identify their artwork management needs.
  • Deliver customized presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of Hybrid Brandz’s solutions.
  • Represent Hybrid Brandz during events, brand-owner summits, and international trade shows.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities, manage your sales funnel, report on performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring knowledge of the latest developments in packaging design, prepress, and artwork management technologies.
  • Proven track record of selling artwork management solutions, software, or services to brand owners.
  • Deep understanding of packaging design, prepress, and the workflows associated with these areas.
  • Strong sales background with experience in B2B technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at the executive level.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide ongoing strategic support.
  • Europe-based candidates, ideally located in CET time zone.

Preferred:

  • Experience with enterprise-level sales, especially in the packaging or design software industry.
  • Knowledge of trends and innovations in the packaging and design sectors.
  • Existing relationships within the branding and packaging industries.
