What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring and performance management
  • Build and lead a high-performing enablement team focused on readiness and productivity outcomes
  • Define and own the enablement strategy supporting Revenue Operations programs and sales initiatives
  • Establish clear goals and performance expectations for enablement resources
  • Lead sales-specific communications to support enablement and change adoption
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, Revenue Operations, or GTM strategy
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience in complex, multi-segment enterprise sales organizations
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions and solution selling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience enabling Salesforce-centric and demo-driven sales environments
  • Strong change management capability with a proven ability to drive behavior change
  • Ability to influence senior leadership in Sales and Solutions Engineering
