• Structure problems and build work plans: define hypotheses, prioritize analyses, and break work into clear work streams
• Lead core analyses: perform financial/profitability analysis, operational diagnostics, and value-creation sizing
• Synthesize insights into a cohesive point of view and clear recommendations for executives and investors
• Manage the day-to-day workstream: oversee timelines, risks, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders aligned
• Coach and develop junior team members, providing direction and quality‑checking their work

• MBA required (top‑tier program preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, private equity operations/value creation, or corporate strategy/operations
• Proven strength in structured problem‑solving, quantitative analysis, and executive communication
• Ability to work in client‑facing, ambiguous environments with high ownership
• Willingness to travel weekly (up to 80%)

• Experience in operational transformation and profitability improvement
• Strong track record of facilitating working sessions and presenting findings to senior clients
• Familiarity with private equity deal processes and operational due diligence
