Group Pricing Director

A rare, newly created opportunity to lead pricing across a fast-growing, global manufacturing business. This role gives you the autonomy and mandate to shape pricing strategy at scale, build a best-in-class function from scratch, and make a direct impact on revenue, profitability, and growth.

What you ll do

• Develop and execute Group-wide pricing strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and market share

• Build and lead a specialist pricing team, embedding a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

• Introduce robust governance and frameworks for pricing policies, discounting, and decision-making

• Implement systems, tools, and reporting to monitor, control, and optimise pricing performance

• Partner with senior leaders to influence business decisions and commercial strategy

• Design pricing structures for new product launches and SaaS models, aligned to product roadmaps

• Act as the Group s pricing authority, representing the function at Executive level

What we re looking for

• Proven experience delivering successful pricing strategies in both large corporates (FTSE
  100 or equivalent) and SMEs

• Track record of building pricing functions, including processes, systems, and tools

• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and commercial acumen

• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with cross-functional and senior stakeholder experience

• Resilient, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment

• Fluency in Business English (other languages advantageous)
