Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + Uncapped Commission

The business partners with organisations to help them operate effectively in today’s digital-first environment, delivering practical, commercially focused IT solutions.

The Role:
Business Development Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven new-business sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and position tailored IT solutions that deliver measurable value.
You’ll have autonomy to manage and grow your own pipeline, supported by experienced leadership, strong technical teams, and clear progression opportunities as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Manager
Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, and Linked In outreach
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Engage with senior stakeholders to identify challenges and growth opportunities
Deliver consultative sales conversations and present tailored IT solutions
Maintain accurate records of activity and progress within the CRM
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
Contribute to wider sales initiatives and overall business growth
About You:
Business Development Manager
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
Target-driven, proactive, and resilient mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skill
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing organisation
