A leading life sciences company is seeking a Business Development Manager I for remote work in Massachusetts. This position requires generating leads and managing accounts while pursuing new customer opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of business development experience with a successful track record in consultative selling, preferably in the biopharma or CRO industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, and you will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Travel to customer sites and industry events will be necessary.
