• Serve as the primary resource for the sales team on technical seed portfolio strategy and execution
• Plan and lead local training courses and conferences to enhance seed positioning
• Develop local seed selling tools and coordinate cross‑functional training
• Oversee local on‑farm trials and create demo designs for seed products
• Collaborate with seed portfolio managers to assess local market needs and forecast production requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business‑related field with 5+ years of industry experience
• Proven experience in coaching, training, and executing technical agronomic decisions
• Strong understanding of seed crop growth, development, and environmental factors affecting productivity
• Ability to build effective working relationships and lead through influence within an organization
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 50%

• Experience in developing and educating teams on agronomy products
• Familiarity with local agricultural markets and crop management practices
• Skills in data collection and analysis to support agronomic decision‑making
