At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. We are a global financial services group operating in 31 markets and with 56 years of unbroken profitability. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

What role will you play?

As a Data Governance and Delivery Manager, you lead the coordination and delivery of the Data and AI division's operational activities and data governance activities across the region. You will support divisional portfolio tracking, COO reporting, communications, and cross regional alignment. You will drive regional data governance activities, including running regular governance forums by shaping agendas, preparing materials and ensuring clear, actionable outcomes.

You develop structured reporting for senior EMEA leaders, providing insight into progress, risk themes and data quality trends. You contribute to regulatory inspections and supervisory interactions by preparing data management packs, audit responses and Board level materials, and you support divisional operations through portfolio tracking, governance alignment and clear communication. You help influence global data governance policies and support the rollout of enterprise tools by advising on regional requirements.

You also create and maintain dashboards, KPIs and control analyses to enhance visibility of data risks, partnering with Data Offices, Risk, Technology and business teams to ensure issues are identified, analysed and remediated. In all aspects of the role, you help embed a culture of accountable data ownership.

What you offer
  • Ability to prepare high quality presentations and written materials tailored for senior audiences
  • Experience in management consulting, data governance, data management or regulatory reporting within financial services
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify region specific business requirements
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Collibra for data analysis or metadata management
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
