The opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to build a meaningful career in Insurance while being part of a diverse, supportive, and high‑performing team? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to join our Zurich Private Clients (ZPC) team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service by processing enquiries from our High Net Worth brokers and providing day‑to‑day support to our market underwriting team.

Responsibilities
  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure team and business objectives are met.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and responding effectively.
  • Handling telephone and electronic enquiries from customers and accurately inputting details into our underwriting and support systems.
  • Supporting the wider ZPC team with non‑routine tasks where required.
  • Sharing knowledge across the team by providing coaching and training to colleagues.
