In the Project Management Apprenticeship, you’ll gain skills in governance techniques, methodologies and management (resources, costs, risks) to prepare you to manage end-to-end delivery of high-level projects.
You’ll be an integral part of the team delivering projects for external customers, creating and implementing innovative solutions aligned with Vodafone’s goals. You’ll assist in coordinating, implementing, and controlling the completion of complex projects or sub-projects within a programme, driving and monitoring quality and consistency through best practices, and building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.

Hands-On
Education:
a mix of virtual classroom and on-the-job learning with project management leaders. Training includes Agile delivery practices; planning and control; risk management; stakeholder management; contract management; budgeting; communication and more. Skills & Tools cover planning, organizing and managing resources within scope, time and budget. Earn & Learn describes a safe, inclusive workplace with a salary and benefits. End Result: you’ll achieve a BSc (Hons) degree in Project Management alongside real-world industry experience.
We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years old on or before 15 September 2026.
- GCSEs in English & Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent; 3 A Levels by August 2026 or equivalent.
- Not currently enrolled in full-time education and no existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
- Right to work in the UK and lived in the UK and/or EU for three years or more.
- Keen to explore software engineering with a passion for tech.
- Have coding experience and familiarity with essential programming concepts.
- Critical thinking mindset for analysing requirements and identifying patterns.
- Effective communication; able to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing tech landscape.
