We’re now sold in over 8,000 stores across Europe & the Middle East with particular focus in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and Spain.
About You- You’re excited for the opportunity to be part of a small but high impact company and want to show how you can make a difference, add value and excel.
- You’re able to build relationships quickly and can communicate effectively in person, via email and on the phone
- You’ve got an interest in supply chain and our products
- You’ve got excellent time management, communication and prioritisation skills
- You’ve got a keen eye for detail and can keep several plates spinning at once
- 2–4 years in operations, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, retail ops, or a similar environment
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our operations.
- Manage the relationship with warehouses and hauliers, as main point of contact during quarterly reviews
- Process all orders and develop relationships with key customers to ensure they receive great service
- Creating delivery instructions for our warehouses and logistics partners, informing them of specific customer requirements
- Organising stock transfers between our manufacturers, EU warehouse and UK warehouse
- Leading parts of our month end process, making sure that we correctly record stock available in our warehouses
- Supporting the wider operations team on projects and areas of improvement
- Collaborate with the Head of Finance & Operations to manage the yearly Budget
- Identify opportunities for cost savings
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)… And many more elements as needed in our fast-moving small team

Where You’ll Be WorkingWe have a great space at the Food Exchange in New Covent Garden, Vauxhall – 4 mins walk from Nine Elms tube!
You’ll be here for around 2 days a week, with the option to work from home too.

If we think there is a fit you will be invited to a video call with one of us. If we’d both like to move forward, we’d then invite you to do a little challenge relating to what you would be doing in the role.
You’d then be invited to our office to meet some more of the team and do two 30 min tests on excel. Then onto the final interview, and hopefully offer time!
