We’re now sold in over 8,000 stores across Europe & the Middle East with particular focus in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and Spain.

• You’re able to build relationships quickly and can communicate effectively in person, via email and on the phone
• You’ve got an interest in supply chain and our products
• You’ve got excellent time management, communication and prioritisation skills
• You’ve got a keen eye for detail and can keep several plates spinning at once

• 2–4 years in operations, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, retail ops, or a similar environment
• Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our operations.
• Manage the relationship with warehouses and hauliers, as main point of contact during quarterly reviews
• Process all orders and develop relationships with key customers to ensure they receive great service
• Creating delivery instructions for our warehouses and logistics partners, informing them of specific customer requirements
• Organising stock transfers between our manufacturers, EU warehouse and UK warehouse
• Leading parts of our month end process, making sure that we correctly record stock available in our warehouses
• Supporting the wider operations team on projects and areas of improvement
• Collaborate with the Head of Finance & Operations to manage the yearly Budget
• Identify opportunities for cost savings
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)… And many more elements as needed in our fast-moving small team

We have a great space at the Food Exchange in New Covent Garden, Vauxhall – 4 mins walk from Nine Elms tube!

You’ll be here for around 2 days a week, with the option to work from home too.
