Senior Business Analyst | North Leicester (hybrid 50/50) | Excellent Salary, Bonus, Priv Medical

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with experience working on enterprise-wide technology and change programmes for large blue-chip businesses?

I’m supporting a large, complex FTSE
100 organisation to appoint a Senior Business Analyst into a central group function working across multiple divisions.

Alongside delivery, the organisation offers clear, structured career progression paths and ongoing training, making this a strong long-term move for someone looking to grow into Lead or Principal-level roles.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading complex situation investigation and problem analysis, defining robust analysis approaches
• Applying structured techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone, CATWOE, Rich Pictures, etc.) to identify root cause
• Owning the end-to-end requirements lifecycle across business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and providing constructive challenge
• Supporting feasibility assessments, option analysis and business case development
• Leading process modelling and optimisation (BPMN 2.0, current / future state, use cases)
• Ensuring full requirements traceability through solution design and delivery
• Mentoring and coaching Business Analysts, setting standards for tools, documentation and ways of working

What they’re looking for:

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst within a large, complex organisation
• Proven ability to lead analysis on complex, enterprise-scale programmes
• Experience mentoring, coaching or quality-assuring other BAs
• Deep knowledge of requirements engineering and business process improvement
• Confident workshop facilitator with excellent communication skills
• Industry-recognised BA qualifications (BCS Diploma and/or IIBA CBAP preferred)
• Hybrid working. 50/50 split between office (Leicester or another midlands office) and home working.
