• Deliver business intelligence solutions based on client data.
• Develop predictive models for client buying behaviors.

• Manage datasets, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce/CRM Analytics/Data Cloud.
• Utilize insights to influence business strategies.
• Identify business opportunities and risks through data analysis.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations and training materials.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the organization effectively.
• Stay informed about sales technology advancements and propose solutions.
