Currently we are seeking a professional to join us as Director of Financial Platforms & Digital Assets Solutions - a highly senior, globally experienced leader to define and scale our Digital Assets & Financial Platforms strategy. This role requires deep expertise in payments for crypto, a strong network across exchanges, PSPs and global payment providers, and experience operating in fast-scaling, international environments.

As the senior-most person above the crypto & trading domain, you will shape partnerships, elevate our market presence, and coach the next generation of leaders internally.

Requirements
  • 10-15+ years in payments, fintech, trading infrastructure or digital assets.
  • Track record working in high-growth global companies / scale-ups.
  • Deep understanding of payments within crypto/trading ecosystems (on/off-ramp, settlements, monitoring, compliance).
  • Strong commercial track record in enterprise partnerships and complex deal-making.
  • Strong network across exchanges, global PSPs and payment networks.
  • Ability to influence at VP/C-level and act as a senior advisor internally and externally.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and strategic execution skills.
  • High independence, resilience and ability to work across time zones.
Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Market Development: Build and execute ’s global strategy for crypto-native and digital asset partners (exchanges, brokers, trading platforms, custodians, VASPs/CASPs).
  • Identify high-value opportunities to expand ZEN’s presence as an innovative payment provider in the digital assets ecosystem.
  • Track market, regulatory and competitive shifts; turn insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Client & Partner Leadership: Own relationships with top-tier crypto enterprises from needs analysis through commercial negotiation and deal closing.
  • Provide senior-level guidance on compliance, monitoring, AML/CFT and operational models required for crypto payments.
  • Oversee ongoing KYB/monitoring processes for key digital asset clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and upscale the Digital Assets / Crypto team, ensuring strong execution and capability growth.
  • Supervise CRM discipline, pipeline quality, forecasting and performance improvement.
  • Build a culture of excellence, ownership and cross-team alignment.
  • Executive & External Influence: Serve as ’s senior representative at global industry events.
  • Build top-tier presentations and strategic pitches for C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape vision, priorities and long-term strategy.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Contribute to the design, build and global scaling of the  Pay wallet, shaping a unified, multi-currency financial experience where payments, cards and money management converge.
  • Hold full P&L ownership for the assigned domain, with end-to-end accountability for revenue growth, cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Take global ownership of product development within the assigned areas, including resource allocation, prioritization and roadmap decisions based on robust business cases.
  • Assume full responsibility for sector sales performance, managing the entire sales funnel end-to-end - from pipeline creation and opportunity development through to execution and achievement of commercial targets.
