About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a range of projects based at Dorset Innovation Park. The role will focus on planning, coordination, and delivery support, working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to agreed objectives.

This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of on-site and remote working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and support the delivery of assigned projects to agreed timescales and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Track project progress, milestones, risks, and issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Coordinate project activity across internal teams and external partners or suppliers.
  • Support stakeholder engagement through meetings, workshops, and regular progress updates.
  • Assist with project reporting, governance updates, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support budget tracking and resource coordination where required.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience working in a project management or project coordination role.
  • Understanding of project life cycles and structured project delivery approaches.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience maintaining project documentation and reports.
