A leading housing provider is seeking an individual for their Damp and Mould team on an initial 6 month FTC. This role involves resolving cases of damp, mould, and disrepair through inspections and collaboration with colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a minimum HNC qualification in construction and relevant experience in building pathology and maintenance services. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are also essential.
The role is home-based with expected travel to locations for inspections.
