The Company Our client is a leading event marketing agency with an international reputation. The business works with trade show organisers to deliver networking services for events around the world.

The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a French speaking Project Manager to join their team. You will deliver digital event platforms on specification, on time, and within budget. The role is office based and suits a highly motivated and hands-on individual with strong project-management skills, excellent attention to detail, and fluent communication skills in French and English.

Responsibilities within this role will include:
Build and configure projects on the digital event platform to ensure event organisers, exhibitors, and delegates maximise networking opportunities. Provide professional guidance to clients to ensure the product is suited to their event sector, users, and objectives. Deliver presentations to clients and platform users, and train them on platform functionality to encourage engagement. Liaise with the Development team to stay up to date with new platform features and recommend improvements.

Liaise with the Customer Experience team to ensure they are familiar with each project and can deliver networking services effectively. Maintain high standards of product quality and consistently seek to exceed expectations. Ensure internal systems and processes are accurately maintained.

The Person Our client is looking for a true team player with a hands-on attitude. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure and its essential you are fluent in French . Key requirements include:
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Effective planning and organisational ability. Confidence in building relationships with clients and their partners/customers. Ability to work effectively under pressure. The Salary £30 £ 35,000 The Hours Monday to Friday 9am 5pm The Location Clevedon, North Somerset  1 day working from home The Benefits Cycle-to-work scheme Onsite parking 20 days holiday, increasing by one day per year of service up to 25 days Pension scheme
