About

The Role

As a Collaboration Executive, you will be the vital link between our organization and Booker Retail and Wholesale, managing the end‑to‑end supply chain delivery with efficiency and sustainability. This dynamic role requires you to develop deep customer understanding while maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring seamless product availability. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, lead strategic planning meetings, and build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders to drive exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage product setup, forecasting, and availability in customer systems, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing costs
  • Lead weekly 30/60/90 planning meetings to facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and strategic alignment
  • Build and process orders across both customer and internal systems with precision and timeliness
  • Monitor and optimize key Supply Chain KPIs including stock on hand, service levels, and delivery costs
  • Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with customer Supply Chain and Commercial contacts
  • Own new product development delivery from execution stage onwards while providing valuable input during planning phases
  • Spend two days per week on‑site with the customer to strengthen relationships and gain deeper operational insights
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction
Experience and Key Attributes
  • Proven experience in FMCG supply chain or commercial operations with strong customer‑facing capabilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP & APO systems with intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Advanced analytical abilities with demonstrated success in stakeholder management and influencing
  • Experience with S&OP processes and their connection to commercial sell‑in strategies
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and provide effective solutions
  • Strong commercial awareness including competitor knowledge and consumer trends
  • Full UK driving license with flexibility to work three days in office and two days working from home
