As a Business Analyst, you will lead requirement gathering and analysis activities, evaluate and recommend effective solutions, and act as a trusted liaison between business and IT teams. You will support stakeholder engagement, change management, and project delivery, ensuring clear communication, strong collaboration, and smooth implementation of new systems and processes. Whatskills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex programme environments.
- Familiarity with industry-wide modelling techniques and business analysis tools.

- Experience in supporting change initiatives and driving user adoption.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
