Position: Business Development Coordinator, Open Enrolment Programmes

Full-time, Permanent

Ready to contribute to a successful business and make a real impact? At Henley Business School, we’re looking for a Business Development Co‑ordinator who’s passionate about supporting revenue generation and providing high levels of client service in a learning and development context.

You’ll help develop the sales pipeline for our world‑class Open Enrolment Executive Education programmes by supporting the conversion of leads into business, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent organisational, analytic and administrative support to meet annual targets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond to and follow up on enquiries with top‑notch service
  • Assist in converting leads from marketing campaigns and events
  • Manage customer information and bookings in the CRM system
  • Oversee programme capacity and collaborate on invoicing and payments
  • Support client onboarding, retention and programme transfers

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent customer service skills and commercial awareness
  • Strong communication, administrative and analytic skills
  • The ability to work with data and understand how to use it
  • Collaborative team‑working and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines

You’ll be part of the high performing Open Enrolment Business Development team within Corporate Development, reporting to the Head of Open Programmes. You will receive day‑to‑day guidance from Business Development Managers, and work closely with academic and professional services colleagues.
