Events Coordinator Salary: £28,000- £31,800 per annum (depending on experience) Perm (Full time - 35 hours per week) Hybrid Working – Home Based/Princes Risborough We’re Association for Project Management (APM). Job Role Overview We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join our busy, friendly and supportive Events team. The role holder will work closely with our Senior Events Manager, internal teams across APM, and a wide range of external suppliers and stakeholders. You will help plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality in-person and virtual conferences and events from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising, communicating and creating positive experiences for others. Qualifications Educated to A level or equivalent Experience (preferred)

Experience of event coordination, administration or event management or relevant transferable skills Skills Able to plan, coordinate and deliver a number of event projects simultaneously Ability to build effective business relationships with colleagues, external suppliers and volunteers Effective PC skills including - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams Strong ability to produce clear written documentation Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Well-developed teamwork skills Strong organisational skills Why APM?

Main benefits at APM: 25 days holiday (excluding all public holidays). This increases after four years’ service. However, there is a requirement to come into the office 4 days per month.
