Business Travel Consultant

Business Travel Consultant position available for this lovely independent company based in the North however they are looking for fully home working (remote working)! Do you want to work for a friendly independent business travel company? Want to work in a varied role, with a close-knit team? This would suit you if you would prefer to work for a smaller, but very successful business travel company and in return, you will be getting an excellent salary in the region of £27k - £32k pa, and feel part of a team, included and supported!

Working on multiple corporate travel accounts, you'll be used to building worldwide itineraries, various administrative responsibilities including ticketing and looking after all the client's needs from beginning to end to ensure top service. It's a fast-paced environment so a knack for managing priorities is needed.

A strong knowledge in native GDS systems (ideally Amadeus or Galileo) is a must as well as booking ancillaries. Experience in ticketing, refunds and post-reservation customer care is desired.
