The RoleWe are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded National Account Executive to support our growing wholesale business. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Finance and Retail partners.
This is a hybrid role based in London, combining working from home, team collaboration, and time in our head office.
Key Responsibilities – Order Processing & Administration- Process wholesale orders including data entry, confirmations and fulfilment coordination
- Maintain and update the PO tracker
- Create commercial invoices and dispatch documents
- Upload invoices and confirm orders via retailer portals
- Follow up invoices for payment
- Provide responsive support to wholesale partners
- Resolve queries relating to SKUs, pricing, invoicing, delivery, sampling and website content
- Maintain professional, accurate communication at all times
- Monitor retailer stock levels including weekly website checks
- Review order history vs run rates
- Manage active stock and availability reports
- Download and compile sell-out and sell-in reports
- Maintain customer databases and sales trackers
- Support forecasting and analysis activity
- Assist with new line forms, PDP updates and pricing files
- Manage product copy, imagery and retailer formats
- Support smooth domestic and international deliveries
- Assist with International and EU distribution partners
- Assist with documentation, reporting dashboards and trade communications
- Support launches and trade projects as required
