Sales Enablement Executive – Seismic

The role and responsibilitiesYou will turn inbound interest into qualified opportunities, ensuring the sales team is equipped with research, materials, and data hygiene. Success is measured by the efficiency of the sales pipeline and the cleanliness of Hub Spot data.
- Inbound qualification and lead allocation – Manage high‑volume inbound leads and support sales administration.
- Meeting & proposal preparation – Deliver research, agendas, and note‑taking for prospect meetings.
- Proposal development – Draft proposals using existing frameworks and determine pricing and resource allocation.
- Contract and client onboarding – Manage low‑risk contracts, onboard new clients, and collect satisfaction metrics.
- Hub Spot data guardian – Identify trends, optimise data, and deliver quality sales reports.
- Internal coordination – Work with marketing and events to create a seamless prospect‑to‑customer journey and plan virtual events.
We look for a driven, analytical and empathetic individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to combine commercial success with positive impact.
- Proven experience – 1–3 years in sales, commercial support, or a similar high‑volume role.
- Communication skills – Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency – Strong Google Suite skills and experience with Hub Spot (major advantage).
- Organisation – Superior time‑management, attention to detail, and juggling multiple priorities.
- Growth mindset – Proactive, highly motivated, and aligned with purpose‑driven values.
- Be paired with a dedicated guide and mentor to accelerate integration.
- Attend an onboarding programme across all sustainability services.
- Join fortnightly Personal Growth sessions and Friday lunch‑and‑learns.
- Shadow and progressively own increasing levels of responsibility in the sales cycle.
London office (Waterloo) – attend office at least 2 days per week. Flexible working hours; part‑time arrangements open for discussion.
