Townview Foods Ltd is expanding its protein division and is seeking a highly ambitious, commercially driven Meat Trader ready to operate with genuine autonomy in a high-growth trading environment.

• This is not a salaried corporate role.
• This is for meat traders who back themselves.

We are offering a commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential, designed for experienced professionals who want full control over their book, their margins, and their income.

As a Senior Meat Trader at Townview, you will:

• Develop and grow your own trading desk within our UK and international markets
• Leverage your existing supplier and customer network to drive margin-led growth
• Identify opportunities across Beef, Lamb, Pork and/or Poultry
• Negotiate contracts, manage pricing strategy and protect margins
• Expand into new territories and product categories
• Operate with speed, flexibility and autonomy.

You will have full support from our finance, logistics and operations teams, allowing you to focus purely on trading and margin generation.

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in meat/protein trading
• A proven record of generating strong gross margins and revenue growth
• An established network of suppliers and customers (UK and/or international)
• Highly commercial mindset with strong negotiation ability
• Self-motivated, disciplined and performance-driven

This role suits meat traders currently constrained by corporate structures, capped bonus/commissions or limited autonomy - and who are ready to significantly increase their earning potential.
