CPM Pre Sales Consultant

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CPM Pre Sales Consultant, located in England, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, understanding their business requirements, and delivering exceptional pre-sales support. You will manage consulting activities, present tailored solutions, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to the growth and success of the organisation.

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting services, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Strong focus on delivering Customer Satisfaction and excellent Customer Service
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a customer-centric approach
• Experience in financial planning solutions and knowledge of CPM tools is highly advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid environments and adapt to varying work settings
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Accounting Qualification preferred (ACMA, ACCA, ACA)
• CPM consulting experience with one of the leading tools (e.g. IBM Planning Analytics, Workday Adaptive Planning)
