The Role

We are Procure Ai, a market leader in bringing artificial intelligence and automation to the procurement process with the goal to unlock massive savings for our clients by having a high-value procurement function. We are a team of experienced tech and business professionals based in Germany, the UK, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Brazil and France. To foster team spirit and collaboration, we regularly gather for exciting company offsites in various locations across Europe.

We are now recruiting for a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) to join our growing Go-to-Market team and play a key role in driving pipeline generation, engaging enterprise prospects, and helping shape the future of AI-driven procurement.

Please note: This is a hybrid role. While we work remotely most of the time, you may be required to attend one of our offices on a regular basis.

Impact & ownership

What Success Looks Like: In your new role at Procure Ai, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth — identifying and developing new enterprise business opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and setting up our GTM Team for success. You’ll combine strategic outreach with hands-on execution, balancing inbound and outbound efforts to build a robust pipeline and make a measurable impact on our mission.

  • Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Engage with key decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and Linked In outreach, maintaining a healthy mix between outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition from qualification to closing.
  • Manage your prospecting activities in our CRM, ensuring data accuracy and transparency across the sales funnel.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies and continuously improve performance.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our go-to-market strategy, bringing creativity and ownership to how we build relationships with procurement leaders.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, ideally within enterprise SaaS or tech.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills — both written and verbal.
  • Experience using tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, or Outreach (or similar).
  • Collaborative mindset — you thrive working with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Resilient, curious, and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Level C1-C2 in at least one of the following languages:
    English, German, French. Any other language is an advantage.
