This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Reporting & Analytics. In this role, you will be a vital part of the Marketing Performance team, connecting various departments including Marketing, Sales, and Data. Your primary focus will be analyzing marketing data to derive actionable insights, thereby enhancing performance measurement and ROI across the entire funnel.

By presenting clear performance metrics and analyses, you will build confidence in the marketing strategy and inform future initiatives. Ultimately, your work will directly influence decision‑making processes and the overall effectiveness of marketing investments.

Accountabilities
  • Analyze performance data using Tableau to identify trends and forecast outcomes.
  • Create clear visuals for stakeholder presentations, refining dashboards as necessary.
  • Collaborate with channel owners to develop meaningful performance metrics.
  • Present performance updates to marketing teams and leadership, translating complex data into digestible insights.
  • Lead reporting on events and conferences, linking engagement metrics to lead quality.
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics to connect marketing activities to outcomes and provide trustworthy results.
  • Serve as the point of contact for ad hoc data inquiries, providing clear answers and next steps.
  • Identify and address reporting gaps, proposing solutions to enhance data quality.
  • Ensure consistency in metric definitions and documentation for reliable reporting.
  • Work closely with data developers to shape requirements and support the reporting roadmap.
  • Align with Sales and Product teams to clarify shared funnel definitions and marketing impacts.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in marketing analytics, ideally with B2B or B2C focus.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially with Adobe Analytics, including segmentation and journey behavior.
  • Solid understanding of performance measurement and effective KPI development.
  • Familiarity with attribution methodologies, including multi‑touch concepts.
  • Proficient in Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
  • Ability to work with multiple data sources and navigate incomplete data.
  • High attention to detail with thorough data documentation practices.
  • Effective communicator, capable of presenting results to diverse audiences.
  • Skilled at managing ad hoc analysis requests with a focus on quality.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is advantageous for data exploration and QA.
  • Proactive approach to managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
