What You’ll Do

The Client Sales Lead will manage the local relationship with a portfolio of Strategic Public Sector accounts. The portfolio will comprise of between 5-10 accounts but will lead the engagement with Welsh Government.

The Client Sales Lead will be accountable for driving incremental revenues and new business sales within the Public Sector team. Success is measured in profitable revenue growth, the sales of new, integrated product and service solutions for fixed and mobile services measured in AOV.

Who You Are

  • Operate at operational/ influencer/ decision making levels within the customer organisation
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills, empathy, rapport
  • Maintain expertise of internal procedures and systems for resigns and acquisitions and managing the progress of quotes through commercial processes to contract production
  • Effective time management to ensure market and product knowledge is up to date
  • Ensure sales and revenue targets are achieved every month
  • Work within given policies and processes of the Vodafone Business team
  • A working understanding of public sector procurement processes and frameworks
