, the bank operates across the full spectrum of property funding, enabling you to deliver the right outcomes for your clients.
As Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in originating, structuring, and managing real estate finance opportunities, from straightforward transactions to complex deals.
You will:
- Originate and convert new business across Real Estate Investment and Bridging across multiple asset classes
- Ownership of the deal from enquiry stage all the way through to completion
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify opportunities, manage risk, and enhance processes
- Undertake robust credit and risk assessment, ensuring proposals are well-structured, compliant, and commercially sound
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to support effective decision-making
- Manage borrower requests that impact credit risk, protecting the bank’s position
You are a commercially minded relationship-builder with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Experience in Real Estate or SME lending is advantageous.
Key Skills & Experience- Proven success in business development, either directly or via introducers
- Strong credit analysis skills and commercial judgement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills
