We are looking for a B2B Sales Consultant with Recruitment experience or an experienced 360 Senior/Principal recruiter with a Hunter mentality to join us on our road to being the go to recruitment partner for SME businesses throughout the UK.

- Source new clients to create new business opportunities for our suite of services.
- Follow up on warm leads and cold call prospects to offer our Market Leading Recruitment Services
- Develop lead revenue-generating strategies based on the needs of the SME market
- Use Linked In, data lists, and other platforms to identify and reach out to potential clients.
- Respond to online job adverts and engage with companies posting relevant positions.
- Address initial objections and provide comprehensive information about the company’s services.
- Update and maintain the company’s database of leads and potential clients.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for appointments and lead quality.
- Deliver and exceptional and collaborative service to new and existing partners.
- 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Permanent or Temporary recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends.
- Fluent in spoken English with excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Proficient in using Linked In for prospecting and lead generation.
- A world class account management mindset and experience
- Experienced in cold calling and handling objections.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Full Remote Working anywhere in the UK
- 25-40% Commission Only (no basic) including impressive bonus top ups
- Uncapped Commission - can easily exceed £100k PA for the right person with a driven mindset
- Quarterly top up bonuses
- Once revenue targets are met, an opportunity to become a Shareholder and Director of the business
