We are looking to recruit a permanent Supplier Assurance Manager into a high performing team within Group Procurement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the pragmatic application of supplier assurance activity.

You will be joining a team who deliver superior value for our customers through professional, Procurement & Supplier Management, recognised as the best in our market.

About the role
  • Responsible for performance of Third Party due diligence in line with Royal London's Third Party Due Diligence Framework
  • Support the ongoing enhancement of the Third Party Risk Management Framework to ensure it remains efficient and fit for purpose
  • Support the Procurement and Third Party Management Policy attestation process, providing guidance to the Business as required
  • Conduct sample testing as required to identify any gaps in compliance to Policy
  • Produce communications and deliver training to impacted Business Areas on all new policy requirements/changes to existing standards
  • Provide SME support to Supplier Managers in the maintenance and testing of contingency and exit plans
  • Support the coordination of site visit activity across a wide range of stakeholders
About you
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Good analytical skills - strong attention to detail & always seeking opportunities for improvement
  • Third Party experience across Sourcing, Supplier Management or Risk is desirable
  • Specialist knowledge in Third Party due diligence or contingency planning is desirable
  • Good technical skills and system knowledge, experience using Microsoft Office suite including Power

    BI, Power Automate and Teams etc.
