Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Global Share Schemes Senior Associate
, to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and some of our global share scheme initiatives. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have a deep understanding of employee share schemes globally, then this is your chance to make an immediate impact!
- Deliver with Expertise
:
Use your knowledge of share scheme programs (stock options, RSUs, performance‑based awards) and their tax implications to help clients manage their plans from a tax and strategic perspective to drive results globally. - Client Partner
:
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, advising on share scheme compensation matters. - Optimise Systems
:
Use your experience with share scheme administration platforms and other tools to improve processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing global programs. - Mentoring
:
Managing and training the more junior members of the Team to elevate their professional growth.
- Proven track record in global share plans and experience in working with cross‑border compensation programs.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including payroll and mobility teams
. - Strong problem‑solving skills, ensuring compliance with complex regulations and guiding clients through challenging scenarios.
- A hands‑on team player who can review team output and provide mentorship.
- 3+ yearsof experience
- Experience supporting global share plan administration and compliance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with global share schemes administration platforms is a plus.
- Professional credential (CEP, CPA/CA, CTA/ATT) preferred but not required.
- This is a regular full‑time position.
