Online Business Trading Coordinator

Overview

We’re looking for a brilliant Online Business Trading Coordinator to join our Online Business Team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience across our website. You’ll play a key role in optimising product content, supporting new launches, enhancing our trading execution, and driving online sales performance.

• Deliver and optimise trading and marketing plans for your supplier portfolio, ensuring timelines are met to drive sales and profit.
• Set up and launch new products on site, ensuring perfect execution and timely delivery.
• Support in delivering a best-in-class online customer journey, improving conversion and average transaction value.
• Work closely with the Online Business team to maximise new product launches and sales objectives.
• Brief the Design Team on website creative requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Be accountable for all e-commerce metrics and optimisation of your supplier brands.
• Use data, insights and supplier information to understand customer behaviour and make customer-focused decisions.
