• Supervise, coach, and support administrators, helping them manage workloads.
• Oversee member data, reconcile contributions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with system and process improvements, including testing upgrades and fixes.
• Be a key contact for employers and members, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smooth operational workflows.

• Experience in pensions administration and data management (DB and/or DC).
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Motivated to take on more responsibility and develop leadership skills.
