As a Global Indirect Category Manager
, you will take ownership of HR procurement, covering recruitment, contingent labour, and benefits
. However, candidates from other indirect procurement backgrounds (Professional Services, IT, FM, etc.) will be considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing global procurement strategies that deliver real business impact.
• Managing high-value supplier negotiations across multiple regions.
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships to influence procurement decisions at the highest level.
• Ensuring procurement best practices are embedded across the organisation.

• A strong background in indirect procurement (HR procurement experience is a plus but not essential).
• A track record of delivering cost savings and value-added procurement initiatives

• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
