As part of the Insights team, you'll spend your time engaging across all parts of the business to provide commercial insight through production and analysis of data.

Responsibilities

• A wide ranging remit to produce and enhance KPI reporting across the business. This will likely include close involvement in:
• Assisting Field Ops in optimising staff utilisation and efficiency
• Understanding and maximise Product profitability
• Analysing and maintaining component costs
• Understanding time required for delivery of services
• Call Centre productivity
• Corporate activity and booking efficiency
• Staff retention/turnover rates
• Field Ops Additional Tests and costs per Clinic
• Ad hoc analysis and support on a wide range of projects as they arise

The hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm
• Hybrid - Minimum of 1 day per week in our Worthing Head Office
