Our client is looking for a growth-minded Area Sales Manager to join our team and lead revenue efforts across a dynamic, multi-state territory. This is an opportunity to blend strategic territory leadership with hands-on business development—owning everything from rep enablement to customer demos and outbound outreach.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee and enable reps/distributors to drive pipeline and close deals

Build customer relationships through on-site visits (~50% travel)

Lead proactive outreach using CRM (Hub Spot), email, and Linked In Sales Navigator

Deliver technical presentations and application-based demos

Represent the company at trade shows and major industry events

What You Bring:

2+ years of Industrial/electrical sales experience

CRM-savvy (Hub Spot a plus)

Strategic mindset + strong execution muscle

Enthusiasm for travel, innovation, and customer engagement
