, where you’ll craft bespoke itineraries, manage elite client relationships, and orchestrate unforgettable experiences. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and lead in the realm of luxury travel, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate Luxury Itineraries: Design bespoke travel plans for high-net-worth individuals, reflecting their unique preferences and requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with key private members and family offices, to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Client Acquisition and Networking: Attract new members by promoting luxury travel services, leveraging existing networks, and expanding the client base through regular networking.
  • Event Development and Hosting: Create, attend, and host events to showcase offerings, engage with members, and enhance the visibility of the services provided.
  • Experience Curation and Internal

    Collaboration:

    Collaborate with product and content teams to develop unique experiences, work with concierge services, destination specialists, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans, and handle sensitive client information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest luxury travel trends to continuously enhance the quality of services offered.
  • DMC Partnerships: Leverage and expand strong relationships with Destination Management Companies to ensure premium on-the-ground service and foster long‑term collaborations in key destinations.
Qualifications and

Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant for high net worth or luxury clients, with a strong portfolio of ultra-luxury travel arrangements.
  • Expertise in the global luxury travel market, with established connections and access to exclusive networks and services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and understand the needs of discerning clientele.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle last‑minute changes and challenges with grace and efficiency.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all travel plans are flawlessly executed.
  • Availability to provide round‑the‑clock service to clients, as needed.
  • Proficiency in using advanced travel management software and luxury travel tools. Added Bonus if experienced with a GDS system.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to new challenges, tools, and methodologies in a fast‑paced and evolving environment. The ability to transition seamlessly through change without compromising service excellence and are energized by the opportunity to help shape and elevate the Private Travel division, actively contributing to its ongoing growth and success.
