The Contracts Enablement Team enhance Softcat's value and reputation by fulfilling commitments via the contracts that Softcat have been awarded. In Public Sector, this relates to frameworks, and in Corporate, to sole supply contracts for large and complex customers. This forms a critical part of Opportunity Management within Softcat's largest contracts, specifically within the onboarding and delivery stages.

As a Contracts Enablement Senior Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring and delivering contractual commitments across Softcat's largest frameworks and customer agreements. You will ensure the right operational processes are in place to capture required data, while managing key stakeholder relationships and providing informed procurement guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

As , you'll be responsible for:

• Providing oversight and facilitate reporting of contractual KPIs.
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Sales Teams, Customers and Framework Authorities.
• Acting as a key point of consultation for bids and tenders, advising on KPI feasibility, reporting capabilities, and any associated risks to ensure commitments are deliverable.
• Providing guidance and training to internal departments to help them understand and comply with new regulations and procedures.
• Driving continuous process improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and elevate data quality.

We'd love you to have

• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and frameworks (essential).
• Understanding of data analysis, framework MI requirements, and auditing processes (desirable).
• Proven experience implementing or managing new operational processes.
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
