Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with solid Insurance Broker Accounting (IBA) knowledge to join their dynamic and collaborative team.

Required Key

Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of IBA (Insurance Broker Accounting) processes
Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for change initiatives across underwriting, finance, and operational areas.
Map and improve existing processes, with a strong focus on financial operations and IBA workflows.
Produce high‑quality documentation including user stories, process maps, functional specs, and training material.
Stakeholder management and communication
Previous experience as a Business Analyst within London Market insurance is advantageous.

Location:

London

Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office / 3 days working from home

Contract:

12 Months

Rate: £750/d Inside IR35 (Via umbrella)
