• Work closely with Domain/Sub Domain Leadership to define and agree direction for Agile Delivery, Coaching and Practice at the Enterprise level within Kingfisher technology.
• Collate and share data and insight (gathered by Agile Coaches) with Domain leadership to provide insight on overarching Agile Performance and Culture, and use that insight to shape coaching and practice strategy, objectives and plans.
• Act as the custodian of Agile Principles and Standards, Enterprise Processes and Career and Skills Frameworks on behalf of Domain Leadership within Kingfisher Technology.
• Lead the design, implementation and management of Agile Enterprise Processes, Standards, Principles, Agile Career and Skills Framework and Agile Learning at Kingfisher Technology in partnership with Domain and Sub‑Domain Leadership.
• Co‑ordinate, run and evolve the Agile CoP, sharing insight and running sessions targeted to drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement by sharing industry knowledge and expertise.
• Line‑manage permanent and contract Agile Coaches as required to meet the needs of Kingfisher Technology.
• Run targeted ideation, improvement and innovation events at the Domain / Sub‑Domain level, using data and insight to identify improvement areas and working with the team to design improvement initiatives.

• Extensive experience in Scrum and Agile practices.
• Proven experience leading and managing large teams.
• Strong track record of driving change and high performance.
• Proven ability to drive change, take ownership of delivery and be an effective communicator.
• Experienced Agile coach in a complex and large Agile organisation.

How We Work We believe in flexibility and balance. Our hybrid model blends home working for focus with time spent connecting and collaborating, whether in our offices or at off‑site locations. On average within our Engineering team 20% of your time involves in‑person collaboration.

25 days per annum plus bank holidays as stated in your contract (pro‑rated for part‑time colleagues).

20% discount at B&Q and Screwfix. Eligible after 3 months service.

Share ownership in a tax‑efficient way. Save between £10 to £150 per month. Join at any time once three months service is reached.

x4 Salary plus benefit equal to value of your Retirement Account (if an active member of KPS‑MP) or x1 Salary if not active member.

Competitive bonus scheme that aligns to work level of role.

Save with the option to buy Kingfisher plc shares at the end of a 3 or 5 year period. Offered annually. Three months service is required at the annual invitation date, normally in October.
