About The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Account Management to join our Regional Construction Business who enjoys building strong relationships and working collaboratively to help customers achieve great outcomes.

If you’re passionate about the construction sector and comfortable navigating a mix of major private clients and public bodies, this could be a rewarding next step.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead our approach to customer relationships, making our customers feel supported and well understood.
  • Reach out to new customers and develop fresh partnerships that align with our strengths and values.
  • Work closely with colleagues across bids, commercial, operations and delivery to shape clear, compelling proposals.
  • Support the customer journey through delivery, ensuring a smooth experience from initial engagement through to project completion.
  • Offer guidance on private and public sector procurement routes and contract models.
Who we’re looking for
  • Experience in account management or business development within the building sector delivering multi‑million pound complex projects.
  • A solid understanding of major private and public sector procurement and how different contract models work in practice.
  • A collaborative style, and the ability to build trust with both customers and internal teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to listen, understand and support client needs.
