Location

This role will initially be based in Bradford but we are moving our office to Leeds Valley Park in Summer 2026, so you’ll be based there in the future. A hybrid working arrangement in place, a mix of office and home working. We work 3 days in the office per week.

Work type

Permanent. Working hours are full time, 37 hours per week between the working window of 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.

You Fit In

As Forecast & Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our Customer Management Centre has the correct resource allocation in place. This is based on accurate forecasting and planning, to ensure that we are able to achieve our required service levels and meet our customers’ needs. Our customer management centre deals with a range of operational customer queries.

Your role is to balance staffing availability and prioritise business KPIs when scheduling and recommend areas of improvement. You will develop close working relationships across the Customer Management Centre to enable accuracy when forecasting, by having in depth knowledge of the Customer Service function. You will manage any variance to plan and highlight key risks, discussing where things can have a detrimental impact and to ensure communication to key stakeholders, eg‑Team Managers, Team Leaders and Senior Leaders where appropriate.

You will manage the allocation of Annual Leave and Bank Holiday Leave within the Customer Management Centre and ensure individual allowances are accurate and up to date. You will also ensure the operational rotas are accurate and up to date.
