As Head of Network, you will take ownership of one of the most commercially critical parts of our business, our Service Partner network. This role is first and foremost about commercial stewardship: driving value, negotiating effectively, managing cost and performance, and ensuring our partner relationships are commercially sustainable while continuing to deliver excellent service to our customers.

You will ensure appropriate governance and compliance frameworks are in place to support a large outsourced model, including the compilation, ongoing review, and maintenance of partner documentation such as insurances and industry-required accreditations, ensuring all records remain accurate and in date.
You will also lead a regular cadence of Service Partner audits with your team, monitoring standards, identifying risk, and driving continuous improvement across the network.
