Transformation Business Analyst

Transformation Business Analyst – Group Transformation team, business focused BA role.

• Facilitate workshops/meetings, manage differences of opinion, and run analysis and design activities.
• Lead shaping of analysis approach and plan.
• Contribute to the Business Analyst practice, sharing learning and building good practices.

Experience delivering and leading a variety of analysis and design work across the project lifecycle, with strong stakeholder management, influencing, problem solving skills, and designing business solutions/journeys that benefit the business. Practical experience in drawing sound conclusions and making suitable recommendations. Positive, caring attitude and character are valued.

Base location:
Severn Trent Centre, Coventry.

Hours:

37 hours a week, with flexibility to work from home as needed.
